Account:

How do I log into my Account?
When you go to log in (or are prompted to log in), you will be sent a one-time log in code to your email. Please enter that code. There is no saved password.

Ordering:

What forms of payment do you accept on your website?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards issued from US-based banks. The charge will show from Tyndale House Publishers. You can also leverage your Shop Pay account if you choose.

How do I place a tax exempt order?
If you would to submit state tax exempt information, please send your account email and state tax exempt proof to consumers@tyndale.com. You will receive an email once your tax exempt status is reviewed confirming if it has been approved for tax exempt purchasing on Tyndale Christian Resources.

How do I access my order history?
Click the person icon to log in or be taken to your account’s order history. If accessing on a mobile device, please look for sign in or orders in main menu. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. Videos you have purchased will be accessible from order details or your video library.

Why was I signed up for a Shop Pay Account?
Tyndale House Publishers has partnered with Shop Pay for the best website experience. If you choose the Shop Pay option in checkout or choose to save your information to Shop in checkout, it will create or connect to your personal Shop Pay account.

Can I use an existing Shop Pay Account?
You can use your existing Shop Pay account by selecting this option in checkout.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?
If you have a question about the order you placed on our site that relates to confirmation of receipt or payment, please reach out to our customer service team. You may contact us at csresponse@tyndale.com or by calling direct (855) 277‑9400 from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Central), Monday thru Friday.

What if I buy from a retailer that is noted as an affiliate partner?
As an affiliate, Tyndale earns from qualifying purchases with the following stores; Amazon, Bookshop.org and ChristianBook.com.

Shipping:

How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship via economy shipping. With economy shipping, orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, although expect longer processing times during holiday seasons. Orders usually ship via United States Postal Service and arrive 7-10 business days after shipment. Shipping outside the continental US may take longer. Preorder and backorder items will begin processing and ship when they become available. Faster shipping options may be available for selection during checkout, depending on items purchased.

How much will I pay for shipping?
For US States & territories, shipping and handling costs on all web orders begin at $6.00 and increase by weight. Faster shipping options may be available for additional charges, depending on items purchased. Orders over $50 net will receive free shipping via USPS Media Mail.

Can I order from outside of the continental United States?
We currently send physical products to the 50 US States, APO Boxes, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Select digital products may be able to be ordered internationally.

Returns/Refunds:

Can I return an e-book, audio book, streaming product or digital download for a refund?
No, these products are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund.

Who should I contact about defective products?
Please contact our customer service department for assistance in replacing defective products by sending us an inquiry.

What should I do if I need to return a product?
Please contact our customer service department regarding any issues with your order. You may contact us at csresponse@tyndale.com or by calling direct (855) 277-9400 from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Central), Monday thru Friday.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the original order shipped. Shipping costs are not refunded except in cases where we made the shipping error. Return shipping cost is also the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 5‑7 business days of the package receipt at our Fulfillment Center and funds will be reimbursed according to the original payment. Please retain your return tracking information for reference until the return has been credited.

Video Streaming:

When can I start watching my videos?
As soon as your purchase is complete, your videos will be available for immediate viewing in your video library.

How do I access my video streaming purchase?
To view your video purchases, access your video library by clicking the video play icon in the upper right corner to open your library. If accessing on a mobile device, please look for my sign in or video library in the main menu. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in and sent a one-time log in code.

My video won’t load. What do I do?
Please confirm your browser is up to date and your internet connection is stable. Call us at (855) 277‑9400 if you continue to have technical difficulties.

Am I allowed to share my video streaming purchase?
No, you are not allowed to share the videos with others for their independent viewing, although you can show to a group from your device.

Can I stream on multiple devices?
Yes, you can stream on any device after logging into your Tyndale Christian Resources account.

Digital Books:

I’ve made an e-book or audio book purchase, how do I get my book?
Once customers purchase e-books or audio books on Tyndale Christian Resources, they can access it by downloading the Living Reader app. To get started, download the Living Reader app from the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store. You can also visit the desktop website. Simply create a Living Reader account using the same email address you used to make your purchase.

What is the Living Reader App?
The Living Reader app is a free application for reading e-books and listening to audio books. E-books and audio books purchased from our site can only be consumed using this application, which is available for iOS and Android. Once customers purchase digital content, they can access it by downloading the Living Reader app. To get started, download the “Living Reader” app from the App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store. You can also visit the desktop website. Simply create a Living Reader account using the same email address you used to make your purchase.

I never received my verification email for logging into Living Reader.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder. This is a common place emails go. If you are still not finding the email, please reach out to help@glassboxx.com
